The Extension utilizes your browser's built-in chrome.storage.sync API solely to save your personal preferences (such as which specific UI elements you have chosen to blur) and temporary toggle states (snapshots). This configuration data is synced only across your own signed-in Chrome instances by Google Chrome itself and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension modifies the Document Object Model (DOM) of specific websites (chatgpt.com and gemini.google.com) using CSS techniques to blur content. It does not integrate with any third-party APIs or external services to perform this function.
